A new site that may replace SGC!!!

Some of the boys at AR15.com have established a new site to fight gun control. Their plan is the sane as I had at stopguncontrol.com, but they've had far more luck than I in lining up staff at websites so far, with 44 agreeing to help, 45 if ya count me. I urge you to stop by and take a look. With luck they'll get it right where I didn't and take this load off my shoulders!

Today I went to a meeting that was about generating support for our town to become a city.

Frankly, I really don't care if we're a city or a town, but the point is, that I feel the need to be involved in my community. The pro city folks are spreading many untruths and false inuendo about the benefit of having a mayor over a town council and suggest that having a mayor is better representation.

I think it's important to let others know that you are watching them and watching how they make decisions. If it's flawed reasoning that creates a need for a decision, then the reasoning needs to be challenged at the very beginning.... not after any decision or any law is made.

That's how you can help.
Get involved locally. Go to the local government meetings.
If you're a republican, go to the local GOP meetings. If you're a Democrat, you have my sympathies.

But, get involved!:D
