Another judiciary and W/M committee bill, this one a good one.

Looks like it'll probably have the same lines drawn in committee, and maybe even get to the floor, but only if we make our voices heard:

I fear that this bill doesn't have much chance of passing given the current power of the gun grabbing physco-reps. For one thing,as a retired road patrol sergent on our county's S/O, I know the NICS has prevented some of our local mentals and criminals from obtaining a weapon legally. The elimination of the NICS check will probably be this bills biggest stumbling block. It's a good bill though and one that I for one will keep an eye on.
